Photography is $150 whether the listing is 900 square feet or 6,000. Add drone or a 3D tour to the same visit and you pay the add-on rate. That is the whole pricing model.

Do you charge more for larger properties?
No. Photography is $150 whatever the square footage. A larger home takes longer to shoot, but you know the price before we arrive. If a property is exceptionally large or complex we will say so when you book, not on the invoice.
Why are add-ons cheaper than booking them separately?
Drone and 3D tour work is discounted when captured during the same visit — $75 and $100 as add-ons. Booked on their own they require a separate trip out to the property, which is what the standalone price covers.
What is the turnaround?
Fully edited galleries are delivered in 24-48 hours. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need images the same day.
Is there a travel fee?
Not within our 70-mile radius of Galax, VA. For properties near the edge of that range, or beyond it, we will quote any travel cost up front.
How and when do I pay?
Cash, check, or major credit card, typically due on delivery of the final edited images. For larger commercial projects we can arrange terms when you book.
