We do all of it. Fox Ridge Media handles the photography and drone work. Our sister company, ProStart Solutions, builds the website and the booking system. The photos are shot for the site and the listing at the same time, so everything matches and goes live together.

I already have an Airbnb listing. Is this still for me?
Yes. Most owners come to us with a listing that is live but underperforming. We reshoot it, rewrite it, and reorder the photos so the cover image and first few shots do the selling.
What if my property is larger than 3,000 square feet?
Larger homes, lodges, and multi-unit properties take longer to shoot, so we quote them by size. Tell us about the property and we will send a fixed price.
Who builds the website and booking system?
Our sister company, ProStart Solutions, a software company in Galax. It built the booking system that Jeff Davises Hostel & Campground near Grayson Highlands uses for online, phone, and walk-in bookings.
Are there per-booking fees?
Not from us. The Full package is a flat monthly fee with no per-booking fees. Your card processor still charges its normal processing rate.
Do I have to stop using Airbnb or Vrbo?
No. Most hosts keep the platforms for discovery and use their own site to win repeat guests and direct bookings without platform commission.
